Brooklyn Custom Home — Ground-Up New Construction

BD Construction managed all phases of this ground-up custom home in Flatbush, Brooklyn. The homeowner required a modern 3,200 sq ft single-family residence that blended contemporary finishes with a traditional Brooklyn rowhouse streetscape.

Scope of Work

• Site preparation, excavation, and poured concrete foundation
• Steel and timber structural framing
• Brick exterior with custom arched windows
• Flat roof with TPO waterproof membrane
• Full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP)
• 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open-plan kitchen/living
• Radiant floor heating throughout ground floor
• Finished basement with egress window
• Landscaping and concrete driveway

The project was delivered within budget and received its Certificate of Occupancy from the NYC Department of Buildings within the projected timeline.
