Bronx Apartment Complex — Full Interior Renovation

BD Construction & Builders Inc was contracted to carry out a comprehensive interior renovation of a 24-unit residential apartment complex in the South Bronx. The project encompassed full gut renovation of common areas, hallways, and individual units.

Scope of Work

• Full demolition and framing of 24 apartment units
• New electrical wiring and panel upgrades to meet NYC code
• Complete plumbing replacement — supply and drain lines
• Tile, hardwood, and luxury vinyl flooring throughout
• Kitchen and bathroom fixture installation
• Interior painting, trim, and finish carpentry
• Common area lobby and hallway renovation

The project was completed on schedule. BD Construction coordinated all DOB permits and inspections throughout the process.
