Bronx Apartment Complex — Full Interior Renovation
BD Construction & Builders Inc was contracted to carry out a comprehensive interior renovation of a 24-unit residential apartment complex in the South Bronx. The project encompassed full gut renovation of common areas, hallways, and individual units.
Scope of Work
- Full demolition and framing of 24 apartment units
- New electrical wiring and panel upgrades to meet NYC code
- Complete plumbing replacement — supply and drain lines
- Tile, hardwood, and luxury vinyl flooring throughout
- Kitchen and bathroom fixture installation
- Interior painting, trim, and finish carpentry
- Common area lobby and hallway renovation
The project was completed on schedule. BD Construction coordinated all DOB permits and inspections throughout the process.
